This main floor renovation transformed a dated layout into a warm, functional, and beautifully connected living space. The project included a new kitchen, bar, pantry, and dining room—all thoughtfully designed to support the needs of a growing family.
The former front living room, a small sunken space off the entry, was cold, drafty, and seldom used. With more grandchildren gathering around the table, the clients envisioned a larger, more welcoming dining area and a dedicated formal pantry. Their existing kitchen—one we originally renovated 15 years ago—also needed to be reimagined to serve them in this next phase of life.
Because the renovation involved structural changes, the clients requested full 3D renderings. These virtual walkthroughs allowed them to experience the new layout before construction began, helping them visualize the flow and understand the materials. This process led to meaningful refinements to the floor plan and gave them the confidence to move forward with this major transformation.
