As the Studio and Finance Administrator you will:

• Create client invoices, pay vendor invoices
• Maintain Studio Designer bookkeeping software with up-to-date records related to office invoice payments, employee data, vendor information, and price lists
• Keep payroll system up to date with employee data and hours. Ensure payroll is correct and approved before submitting
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and make bank deposit
• Run monthly reports tracking billable time, office expenses, payroll costs, and profit/loss statements
• Assist with year-end processes and close out year end in Studio Designer
• Answer, screen, and route calls professionally, write professional correspondence, and arrange meetings
• Order fixtures and furnishings for client projects as per guidelines provided
• Manage order tracking including related deficiencies
• Manage shipping processes including arranging for couriers and customs brokerage
• Maintain a neat and organized office environment with the Team
• Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, including ordering and coordinating IT support as needed
