This was an amazing project. This 3400 square foot interior renovation was a complete gut. We took the house down to the studs, reconfiguring all 3 floors and adding an underground breezeway to the garage. There were many challenges with this design. We attempted to maximize the space but keep the design open to maintain a good flow throughout the home.

• We used high contrast materials and finishes to add interest and depth to the entire home.
• We added custom window coverings, furnishings, and a bespoke Bocci chandelier in the dining room, which is open to the second floor providing a dramatic statement in this modern home.
