Key Features:

• The custom modern barn door replaces a swing door for the office off the living room. It looks sleek when closed and allows for more space for this busy professional’s office.

• We had a challenge placing a TV in a room with many windows. Instead of mounting the TV on the only wall in the living room, we opted for a low TV console with plenty of storage. We also used a very low TV console with ample storage and dressed the windows in a grey linen fabric to manage the light.

• The custom ottoman with tray allows the flexibility to stretch out and kick back or use as a place to serve guests with drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

• The amazing custom art was commissioned by the client. We incorporated the colours into the furnishings and accessories, which gave the room a cohesive look.

• In the spare bedroom we used blackout drapes and wallpaper to create a cozy space for guests to lounge.

• The primary bedroom also has blackout drapes, an upholstered bed and ready-made linens to create a warm inviting space. The refinished mid-century dresser warms up the otherwise cool colour palette.
